I investigate human vulnerability through the symbolism of the paper image: origami.

The masks are inspired by a technique I learned from my mother during childhood.

Fold after fold, the forms come to life: beautiful and precarious creations that transform into more complex constructions.

This essential material allows itself to be shaped, but can be destroyed with a single gesture, just like the individual's superstructures which, no matter how intricate, remain incredibly fragile.

Every day we display a face that does not entirely belong to us: a daily protection to face the world and meet the expectations of others.

All of us, in different ways, wears a mask, without realizing that it is precisely the uncertainties we try to silence that tell our truth.
